AN AFTERNOON DELIGHT !

EXTREME VARIETY, BEAUTY AND ENTERTAINMENT....thats what it says on the program !

"a musical that transcends languages. From vaulting boxes, wheel gymnastics, jump ropes, handstands and other sports not commonly seen in musicals, will jump out of the stage to entertain you. You may be enjoying the excitement of sports, action at one moment, then rolling in laughter at another. You may even be dancing with the performers ! That's what Matsuri is all about." Hell they wrote their own review that is what the program reads and that covers most of it !

Matsuri a 66 minute colorful action packed hour of acrobats, costume changes, great timing and production at the Imperial Palace on the Las Vegas strip ! It enjoys the Japanese touch !

All 18 performers worked hard, were on cue and appeared to enjoy their work...that is important to me because I can put this show at the high level of nearly everything on stage in Las Vegas....this is no different and is recommended to the world. I enjoy something different and after 25 years of these reviews Matsuri is different.

The Imperial Palace is doing a number of shows in the old Legends showroom and when and how they are sheduled is the programming puzzle...with some "next step" additions and a longer lineup to 90 minutes this could headline any evening show !

Lots of great timing, athletics and presentation here with room to take the next step.
