What a lovely little songbird we have here ! Linda Eder 47, broadway songbook at UNLV for the 50th anniversary of the University...a free concert with the Las Vegas Philharmonic. 73 wonderful minutes topped off with Somewhere over the Rainbow.
My top five female singers I have heard in my lifetime....Peggy Lee, Judy Collins, Shirley Jones, Eartha Kitt and now Linda Eder.....don't have them in order yet but Eder could be at the top of the list....how marvelous to hear this world class talent with orchestra.
Outdoor concert on the campus mall with quartermoon, heavy breeze and perfect venue.
Usual assholes running around with kids, dogs and walkers.....talking, smoking, chasing cockroaches and being everything but attentive....nice sound system for outdoors and the wind....just A+ 100 for everbody.
