A new comedy by Martin Bergman and Rita Rudner......about right.... 78 minutes starting on time at the Las Vegas Little Theatre in its two week world premire ! Nice husband -wife writing team here...nothing but kudos !
I liked it, my wife did not !
Again, I am pre show prejudiced because of my admiration for the writing ability of Rita Rudner and her general genius. This is some clever shtick and clever local laced repartee with two actors I really liked, Scott Ast and Nancy Denton. I liked the way they played off each other !
First cass production lighting, sets and timing......simple enough story with two opposite singles booked into the same hotel room ! Fun evolves ........the characters were well developed in this short matinee we saw. Sold out crowd....one week to go....a must see..... just fun well done !
What is the mission here ? Creativity, fun...possibly a storyline...JOB WELL DONE !
Despite my wife's opinion....everything is to taste and this was to mine 97 A+
