6 August 1945

by Ed Bruce edbrucevegas@yahoo.com

I was 6 months old (to the day) living in Nebraska hopeful of a rich life !

Takashi Tanemori was 8 years old living in Hiroshima hopeful of a rich life !

The course of our lives was significantally different, mostly due the worlds most significant event !

Tanemori, nearly blind, spoke Wednesday (the 63 rd anniversary of the event) at the Atomic Testing Museum in Las Vegas 755 E. Flamingo Road, about the event, his lifetime reaction to the event and about the 80 pieces of art he has produced relevant to the EVENT !

Wonderful experience to listen, see and try to absorb this event and this life from Mr Tanemori's inside point of view and his lifelong struggle with it and how it affected his life. Wonderful art in a true chrongical order with captions.

Free food, they will do it again 2PM Saturday.

Mr Tanemori, thank you for telling us and showing us your history !

100 A+
