What could be better than this ?
Ballet....Nevada Dance Theatre...Ham Hall...air conditioning !
This the companys summer concert for students.....lots of them....basically 8 to 13 years old.....almost all girls...almost all paying attention and giving a great effort...3 or 4 fell....me too...so what...they got up and charged on...this was sensational. Usual NBT great costumes for dozens of kids...Tchiakovsky ...only 2 minutes late.
A tad long at the end ....two too many intermissions and it ran from 702 to 917...sat in the third row ...eye level with the stage...enjoyed the close up faces and footwork...it was lovely. They did Saturday and Sunday and I am so proud to live in Las Vegas where these kids are learning to dance.
