DIRTY ROTTEN SCOUNDRELS

I remain a solid supporter of Las Vegas Little Theatre and all live theatre everywhere.

That said...we a total meltdown here...started late...no air conditioning on Sunday afternoon...unrecognizable script (can't follow the storyline...whatever it is) and an awful production. Not everyone left at intermission and some got some laughs out of this colorful farcial takeoff from the 1988 film.

Hardest of all to believe is the Las Vegas Review Journal reviewer Anthony Del Valle gave this an A...maybe you should try it and see if you are on the same page as Anthony....I usually agree 100% with his reviews and grading....not here.

My wife called it the most amateurish thing she has ever seen with wrinkled costumes...some that didn't fit and undefinable script delivery by the actors.

Catching farts in a jar didn't seem to play well for me....I fart more than anybody and enjoy it temporarily, but saving them in a jar never occured to me !

61 D- for a colorful backdrop and a continuing effort to present theatre.
