• OCTOBER  ENEWSLETTER
Fellow Las Vegans and Music Lovers -
Our greatest musical citizen of the world, Leonard Bernstein, once said, "This will be our reply to violence: to make music more intensely, more beautifully, more devotedly than ever before."

Music heals and in response to the tragic events of October 1, we are changing the program for our October 14 concert to honor and reflect upon what makes us stronger when we face the future together.  We will now perform a program of works by Barber, Beethoven & Mozart that pays tribute to our citizens and their resilience.

    Saturday, October 14 Concert Program
    Barber - Adagio for Strings
Beethoven – Coriolan Overture, Opus 62
    Mozart - Clarinet Concerto in A Major, K. 622
    Beethoven - Symphony No. 5

The pre-concert conversation will start at 6:30 pm followed by the concert at 7:30 pm in Reynolds Hall at The Smith Center.
