It was Back To School Night, presented by Whelen Engineering

on Saturday, August 25 at the Bullring.  Check out the results of

the evening’s races…

USLCI Thunder Cars Feature, 15 laps—Winning was #42 Chris Bosley,

(Las Vegas, NV), followed by #22 Ed Hohman (Henderson, NV) and

#62 Doug Germano.

USLCI Bandolero Outlaws Feature, 15 laps—After bumping each other

several times, regular winners #14 Amilleo Thomson and #19 Haylee Morris

were unable to end up at the front of the pack.  The race’s winner was #85

Kaden Crouch (St. George, UT), then #98 Brendan Tracy (Las Vegas, NV)

and #50 Chloe Lynch (North Las Vegas, NV).

USLCI Bandolero Bandits Feature, 12 laps—Winning his 9^th in a row was

#35G Landon Gresser (Henderson, NV), followed by #5 Sebastian Lafia

(North Las Vegas, NV) and #72 Owen Romzek (Las Vegas, NV).

Skid Plate Cars Feature, 12 laps—A new name claimed the win, #3

Scott Stockwell (Henderson, NV) was followed by #12 Cindy Clark (Boulder

City, NV) and #27 John Petsco (Las Vegas, NV).

NASCAR Bombers Feature, 25 laps—Starting in reverse order with the

slowest qualifiers at the front makes for an exciting race, resulting in the

win taken by #911 Vinny Raucci, Jr. (Las Vegas, NV) followed by #00 Anthony

Mann (Las Vegas, NV) and #4 Kyle Jacks (Las Vegas, NV).

USLCI Legends Feature, 25 laps—Winning this race for the 6^th time this year

and his 4^th in a row, was #9 Jason Irwin (Albuquerque, NM).  2^nd place went to

#5P Parker Steele (Peoria, AZ) and coming in 3^rd was #54 Cameron Morga.

NASCAR Modifieds Feature, 30 laps—First place was taken by #4X Doug

Hamm (North Las Vegas, NV), followed by #54 Cameron Morga and #48 Mason

Sargent (Las Vegas, NV).

NASCAR Super Stocks Feature, 25 laps—Winning was #29J Sam Jacks (Las

Vegas, NV).  Taking 2^nd place was #21 Matt Cunningham (Las Vegas, NV),

followed by #6 Chad Mattos.

NASCAR Super Late Models Feature, 50 laps—Winning for the 67^th time, after

a restart with only 5 laps to go, #38 Scott Gafforini (Henderson, NV) was followed

by #92 Jimmy Parker, Jr. (Las Vegas, NV) and #21 Dezel West (Henderson, NV).

Late Model Truck Series Feature, 35 laps—Thane Alderman won an easy

victory over Mark Allison and Mike Riefler.

The next Bullring race night is Throwback Night on Saturday, September 8, 2018.

Races will include NASCAR Super Late Models, Super Stocks, Modifieds,
USLCI Legends and Bandoleros, Jr. Late Models and Southwest Tour Trucks.
