William Finn and James Lapine’s groundbreaking, Tony Award-winning musical for Best Book and Score, depicts a loving family before its time, revolving around the lives of a charming, intelligent, neurotic gay man (Aron Shanley), his wife (Melissa Riezler), lover (Keith Dotson), soon-to-be-Bar Mitzvahed son (Jake Fagone), their psychiatrist (Joe Hynes), and the lesbians next door (Demyia Browning and Amanda Collins). This show provides a look at the paths taken in life and the infinite possibilities that are beautiful reminders that love can tell a million stories.
