SPRING DANCE CONCERT

Kremer Roth, premieres "Skies From Los Feliz," a motional journey through some of our magnificent Nevada skies with original music by Rock Oakeson and Michael Trotter.Former CSN Dance student, Danny Mendoza, sought his fortune in New York City after completing his training at the college. Following years of performing in national touring shows and advanced studies at the famous Martha Graham School, Danny returns to CSN, creating new choreography as well as enlivening the pivotal role of the insane Mr. Renfield in “Dracula!” Of his thoughtful new work, “Eye of the Storm,” Danny writes, “A few weeks ago the news media reported that a woman had thrown herself from an overpass bridge on the 15 freeway. What could possibly make someone feel this is the way out? This piece hopes to shine a light on a difficult subject.” Joining the cast are both faculty members and students.Rounding out the concert will be class members from CSN’s Middle Eastern Dance course offerings under the direction of master teacher, Angela Palmeri-Davis.General admission tickets for this event are $8 for adults and $5 for students and seniors.
