    Time to Get Ready for your Concert This Saturday! 
    Here's what you need to know prior to your arrival at The Smith Center.  
    Mobile Ticket Wallet
    The Smith Center has moved to a contactless mobile ticketing platform. You will no longer receive hard copy tickets in the mail or print-at-home PDFs.  To access your digital tickets, log in to your mobile wallet at https://wallet.thesmithcenter.com with your Smith Center login email address and password.  LEARN MORE

    We recommend saving your ticket credentials on the device you will use to attend the theater.  You will need to open your digital tickets on your cell phone for scanning purposes when you arrive in the lobby at Reynolds Hall. 

    Questions
    If you are still uncertain on how to access your tickets, please reach out to The Smith Center Box Office via email at ticketing@thesmithcenter.com or call 702-749-2000. Box office hours are Monday - Friday, 10 AM - 6 PM.  If you do not have a smartphone, please check-in at The Smith Center Box Office on the night of the performance.
    Refreshments
    Mingle and enjoy refreshments in the lobby at one of the Reynolds Hall bars at The Smith Center. Including the signature cocktail: Etudes Margarita featuring: Tequila, Lime Sour, Hibiscus
     
    Health & Safety at The Smith Center
    The Smith Center supports personal choice with regards to mask wearing during performances.  For the latest updates, please visit The Smith Center's health & safety page. 
    2023-24 Subscription 
    Current subscribers and those looking to purchase a new subscription can visit Kayla-Jo, Director of Patron Services & Ticketing, at the LV Philharmonic table in the lobby before or after the performance and during intermission.
    Parking & Shuttle Bus Service
    Parking at The Smith Center
    There are 4 paid parking locations for guests to utilize as a result of the completion of the City of Las Vegas’ parking garages adjacent to The Smith Center. The City of Las Vegas has set a special event rate of $6* for any Smith Center performance. You may pre-purchase parking (recommended) or purchase on site upon arrival. Adjacent to the Boman Pavilion,LOT S is ADA and pre-paid parking only.

    *Not applicable for valet parking. $6 event rate in Main St. garage only available via pre-purchase.  
    Valet parking is available at the northeast corner of The Smith Center building.
    LV Phil Shuttle Bus
    Did you know the Las Vegas Philharmonic offers a shuttle service from Henderson and Summerlin to its evening concerts?  Shuttle bus tickets are $25 per person per concert and depart at 5:45 PM from the designated locations below.

    Henderson pick-up location:
    Independence Hall at Sun City Anthem
    2460 Hampton Rd.

    Summerlin pick-up location:
    Starbright Theater
    2215 Thomas W. Ryan Boulevard

    Audio and video recording are not permitted in the theater.

    Unable to attend? Please donate your tickets.
    If you are unable to attend the performance, please donate your tickets to the Las Vegas Philharmonic.  Please contact Director of Patron Services & Ticketing, Kayla-Jo Rosoff at 702.462.2008 or kayla-jo@lvphil.com by 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 6.  The Las Vegas Philharmonic will send a confirmation letter to you.
