SHADES OF SINATRA

WHAT A DEAL THIS "COULD" HAVE BEEN !

Sinatra music at the Sun Coast showroom in Las Vegas ! Fabulous premise ! They screwed it up !

Like Beattles impersonaters the plan is to be real, don't screw around with the music, this production did, and way too loud,........ how do you think Sinatra would have like horns blaring over him ? God, they opened this great songbook with 3 wonderful singers (also had a female who was loud, screechy and overbearing) they should have done just ballads. I had a minor issue with three singers, when I was expecting a solo singer.
This could have been so much better if they would have just sang and not screwed around with talk of girls, drugs, booze and unneeded input. The music carries this theme and all three singers were outstanding, I even got used to harmony over solo but that was the extent of how far I can go.

Lets fix this sucker up with addition by deletion, lots of white hair in the audience, we don't do loud, late, combos and unneeded sthick, let these boys sing, there wasn't a bad song in the set and with less crap they could of done more songs, cutting the neverending medleys....the only good medley is a Bill Medley ! IF two violins were replacing two horns this would be heaven !

OPEN LETTER TO THE PRODUCER....LETS MAKE THIS PIECE BETTER...I WANT MORE !

3 minutes late, too loud, still B 84, great music, singers and premise.
