Played three games of handball.
Played three hours of poker.
Played an audience member to the Henderson Symphony, all Mozart with Flute Concerto in G major, K313 with Emma Pease-Byron, she played well and looked well. All Mozart for 90 minutes, outdoor venue, perfect.
They started free and on time 100 A+
Played another hour of poker, (won $28).
Played boxing writer at the Hard Rock Casino in Las Vegas for Mexican TV and Promoter Top Rank. They did not start on time 33 minutse late. Two
so so matches and then a super womens fight featuring Jackie Nava who won all 30 rounds from a very game Donna Biggers.
Played entertainment writer to the "Defending the Caveman" show at the Golden Nuggett in downtown Las Vegas.
Something different, like the guy in a caveman costume and club who greeted me at the door. Don't quite get the picture here. 47 year Kevin Burke does 70 minutes of comedy here in a caveman set, it is pretty much all guy-gal interpersonal relations with props. Burke has a great delivery with lots of animation. Rob Becker wrote this and the material well done here faces a tall order challenging Las Vegas audiences.
Janet liked it, I did too, it started on time, overall 85 B, I wanted to like this guy more than I did, he did his best!
