In the fall of 1984 I was a sports reporter for KVBC TV 3 Las Vegas....during our weather reports at 5 and 6 Linn Mills did short segements on flowers....trees....gardening and water ! I was able to meet Mills, he was charming...enlightening and informative then.....today he is all of the above and he has taken his act to a new high at the Springs Preserve, 333 S. Valley View Blvd. Las Vegas. Mills is personable, funny, informative and responsive to everything that comes his way....articles in the Las Vegas Review Journal, mail, email and tour group questions !
Saturday morning Mills and four docents from the Preserve conducted a 99 minute tour that started on time and gave me great entertainment and information about trees, plants, bees, birds, water, politics and interaction with the experts. What a lovely morning in a place we all need to visit every couple of months.
A+ 100 for entertainment value...Linn you are one of my heroes in the class with McCartney, Perlman, Mathis and and all doctors !
