WINCHESTER CULTURAL CENTER WORLD VIBRATION

BULGARIAN MUSIC

Interesting....late...nice crowd...fine experience.

City of Las Vegas Winchester Center has a continuing series of music programs from countrys all over the world. Today we got great narration and a great smart ass line from Kalin Kirilov who told us Sofia is the capitol of Bulgaria and the airport will provide you with layovers......loved it. Kirlov on the accordian was joined by flute, drums, guitar, gadulka and bagpipe. I may have heard my list bagpipe...the sound is the same as castrating hogs (a sound I have witnessed also)...it is screeching like dropping a sack of tin cans. Nonetheless a positive experience here with 3 dancers and some other interesting sounds....not the Beattles...not to my taste but good for a couple hundred afternoon fans in east Las Vegas.

Winchester works hard, promotes, advertises their events and runs some traffic...I always enjoy the art museum on my visits and this time saw some great old Las Vegas black and white photos !

15 minutes late....I could be doing something else....AC excellent...nice theatre...this community center is among my favorite visits in Las Vegas.
