THE DA VINCI EXPERIENCE

What a deal this was..... first class entertainment and learning..... and hosted by a first class city and publicity department.

Leonardo Da Vinci born in 1452 in Milan, one of, if not the greatest mind of all time....The ability to think, and boy did he ! If not for this exhibit which I had seen in Palm Springs, I would have not know of this great thinker 500 YEARS AGO, pulleys, helicopters, scrapne, flight.....and then at the end of his life he painted the Mona Lisa and The Last Supper !

The Da Vinci experience laid out perfectly in downtown Henderson with docents, gift shop, lots of hosts and then the mechanical exhibits, some interactive some not, all well defined and all teaching me something. Lots of school kids here, most paying attention, so good to see them here instead of on the streets shooting each other. There is still hope in education.

Da Vinci's original master book of ideas, illustrations, autopsys, diagrams, military weapons and hundreds of other thoughts and ideas survives, and is owned by Bill Gates....what a good place for it. Da Vinci wrote backwords and often left out pieces of his puzzles and plans.....the Last Supper contains items to musical scale (backwards)....really, so much to learn here.

As a visting journalist the city of Henderson greated me with a letter, a press kit and multi hosts....how first class....you have to love them. GO AND SEE THIS....A+ 100 SEE IT AGAIN SOON
