As much as I love Las Vegas....I love Henderson more.....their symphony starts on time ! ! !
Marvelous afternoon at this lovely outdoor pavillion for the classics and their great young conductor Tyras Kyshna. A tad hot.....it will be cooler for the next two.....a 10 minute intermission that took 16 minutes.....host Nathan Tannenbaum set the stage perfectly after introductions....he said any questions.....gave me confidence in what was to come..... even tho I already had the confidence.
Cannot avoid the endless hurdles in my sound road....kids....non stop traffic..... photographers with cell phones going off (them of all people)........ clopping loud shoes up and down the stairs, talking and to kick it off I remarked to those seated next to me that this must be the no crying children section.....wrong Mozart breath.....they found me.....why would you bring children to any concert ? I know it is not just me but I am selfish and I did come to hear the music.
Two pieces by Mozart (not enought but good nonetheless) made my day....just great music and well played out of there in 77 minutes....hope I live to hear the next one here !
100 A+ I know they can't control the assholes that irritate me but maybe try more !
