ROCKAPELLA

BY Ed Bruce edbrucevegas@yahoo.com

Now in its 13th year, Clark County's Annual Moonlight Concert Series, an eclectic mix of pop, roots-rock, world music, contemporary folks and more takes place at the Clark County Amphitheater-500 South Grand Central Parkway, September 13 . Free ....started on time...too many people from the crowd on stag.

Rockapella laid the ground work for many pop a cappella groups today. The group began performing together on New York City street corners in the 1980's Rockapella took its act to Japan and added a "vocal percussionist." Since then, the quintet has enjoyed an international and homebred following and released 10 domestic albums an d 11 international. Newest of the five is with them for 4 years....good...some stability.....seemed like nice guys...I enjoyed.

Excellent.....when they did the Mills Bros Paper Doll that took me over the top.....thousands attended and some even shut off their cell phones.

98 A+
